I tried calling Mr. Runyon but the line was busy. I will try later.

"handled routinely"
By now, that translates for me as "handled with our usual duplicity."
Gee, and I thought Mr. Hubbard said the permit issue was, ha-ha, just a little communication screw-up between Maxam and Cimetta. Oh golly gee whiz, nope that isn't right either. We actually went to the office and got stiffed by a bureaucrat there. Golly, it's not our fault. Forces beyond our control. But all is well now in Oz. The Desert Dirt Wizard will pull gold out of the ground as soon as someone ponies up a mere half a mil. for an audit and feasibility study.

Now I have to wonder...who is going to invest half a million dollars in this "ready, fire, aim" operation??
