IS: I totally agree with you..I am about 30-40% cash right now and by the way, I believe the really smart money left the market after the AD line clearly began to downtrend in May..who's to say what the big seller purchased at, was it the mid 30's?? A nice profit for the taking, if so...I can't blame him for selling. As for the dumber big money (mutual funds)..no way can they leave, the share holders would never approve...too much liquidity and interest rate environment still too friendly..you can't fight that.
