David, re: 504-D here is a basic explanation of the process. It's worth reading as it pertains to this company and many other small businesses. I spoke with David yesterday. When I brought up the transfer agent issue, he just confirmed that he was doing it and gave me the same figures you already posted. O/S 8 mil Float ~2 mil with 1/2 "tightly held". He did not mention anything about a law suit, and I was unaware of any until you posted it today. I agree that you may have problems getting answers from OTC. The last time I spoke with them they were not very forth coming with information. All they said was that Taylor has been the new agent for awhile (a couple of months, I believe). They would not give me any info regarding shares for QTNT and if they are involved in a lawsuit, I suspect to get a "no comment" or talk to our lawyers. If you wish, I will call. Sandbag
