The going theory is that the MMs are covering their shorts. If so, it is a good indication of how active they've been in shorting this stock -- about 2 million shares by my count. I can't see how a stock can survive when this kind of activity is allowed, regardless of whether it is a scam or not. On the other hand, maybe the ICVI people are buying it back. It would give them some leverage against the stockholders if they owned all the shares again. Then again, maybe somebody knows something we don't. Hard to believe, isn't it?
