dear Ken: I saw her. The discussion was basically about the legal aspects of Y2K. Jan wasnt or couldnt able to tell them the %age of US companies prepared but indicated the large companies were well on their way and sometimes their suppliers. Also said USA better off than rest of World. But to be honest, she just didnt seem to have hold of the cold facts. It seemed more like conjecture to me. JDN
