I would rather say that the SEC wants black and white info. If the company supplies it I see no problem. If the company does NOT supply then I see it as a problem.

No, it is not a vote of confidence. I am just more interested in seeing where the facts fall as the SEC does it's thing, than speculating about what those facts might be. Especially if the speculation is just the same old stuff regurgitated ad infanitium (however that is spelled).
