Jack is no longer the contact person... Bizwire slipped up. A board member can only be removed by shareholders not other BoD members. Sorry I didnt make the law just abiding by it. KAA

Learn to read between the lines. Yes, Jack Arnold is still on the BOD. BFD - Business is business. Just look at where he was two months ago, look where he is now and notice who the CEO is. If you've been following CVIA for any length of time, you'll see that in some ways this result is better than a prolonged legal battle to get JA out of the company. Right now, he's were the rest of the BOD can keep an eye on him, he's no longer CEO and he's going to have a constant reminder of what he's done to the company. Looks to me that he's on a pretty short leash. Frank
