Razor, I'd be curious as to how long you would need to wait and what you would need to see before you changed your conclusion re: the f***s securities. The market right now is seeming to say that the f*s securities holders can go fk themselves <yuk yuk>. This rally is amazingly bullish in that it is coming with basically no news and with no help from oil prices or Colombian political developments. The only things I hear on the horizon is an announcement of inception of production at Palo Blanco (a whopping 500 bopd) and hitting another well in their Torcaz field (600 bopd, heavy oil). The spudding of the Islero is not really news since that was widely anticipated.
