There's some stuff on the balance sheet I might question as to its true value; e.g. goodwill at $4.5 million, $3.9 million in assets and a hefty increase in inventory to $7.4 million. If one were to take a conservative approach and discount goodwill completely and writing down the assets and inventory somewhat, the book value of IPV might be around 21 cents per share. Certainly it's not a value play at this point.
