I think if JFK had received the kind of scrutiny that Clinton has had, he would have been caught in seconds. Someone on another thread commented that if that level of scrutiny was applied to Congress, there'd be hardly a dozen of them left.

I suspect we're looking too hard and too long for scandals that titillate, and not long or hard enough at things that actually affect us.
