Just got done speaking with D. Taylor. Please give me a few minutes to organize my notes (and have a smoke) and I will post.

...continued.

RE: lawsuit
QTNT is not being sued. they are doing the suing.
They have brought suit against Glade James (sp?) He is an ex-president, before the current president and before Loveless was president.
He is being sued for some nasty stuff which I am not going to post until I speak with the attorney who is handling the lawsuit. His name is Dave Grindstaff (we seem to have a lot of Daves). The suit was filed ~3 months ago and is the reason that QTNT temporarily discontinued using OTC Stock Transfer (to protect OTC's interest). They plan on using them after the suit is resolved. All the shares in this matter were cancelled and are not part of the shares O/S.

RE: float
The figure of approximately 400k is a figure that apparently comes from when QTNT did a merger and aquisition with Amsco. The float following this merger was ~371k and was the figure Noble House was using in their data as recently as April. This figure is now at ~2 million with 900k shares held by 2 insiders. Other stock issues inlude 500k to AIN in exchange for advertising fees. This is the $5 million worth. Also 200k shares to Noble House for their services. These are the only issues other than the current financing deal that D. Taylor says happened. He can not explain the price movement with such a small float and so much buying coming in. The above issues even if dumped into the market would not account for the price action by the MMs either. Not enough shares.

I will be calling the attorney and report what I find. For those wishing to verify, his number is 801-363-1370 or 1376.
