As per my conversation with Gary: The following is how I recalled the conversation, please do your own DD: We talked a lot about the 20 Million share give back. Although he went into specifics, There is no way I can type all that was said but in a nut shell, He feels it will be resolved as there is a lot of pressure being put on the holders of the shares. These shares are non voting and can not be traded.. The holders of them have been advised via Glows attorneys not to trade them. Since that notification, the volume has dropped significantly. Legal council is proceeding to the next level towards a hearing. Prior management signed papers that will have the proceedings go through Canada .
