Someone born today would be eligible to run for President in 2036. I.e. they'd only be 34 in January, 2033 so they'd be ineligible to run in 2032. Assume a 35 year old wins all elections from 2036 forward. That means there are 9 elections (2000/4/8/12/16/20/24/28/32) between now and then where the candidate is living today. If the winners in 2000/8/16/24 are all reelected, that'd be a minimum of 5 people to win those 4 elections plus the one in 2032.

One would intuitively think that with life spans increasing, the answer regarding 'most men alive' would have occurred in the 20th century. BWDIK...
