Delisting from NASDAQ may spook investors and provide US investors with more difficult access to buying and selling the shares, but the shares are still the same and could be bought and sold on the TSE...or the NASDAQ BB. The "listing requirement" of $1 is a rather silly and arbitrary one anyway. And some companies just pump their stock to stay above this.
