I disagree about the float being a moot point. But do agree that the company may have no clue about it.

It's not a moot point because the result of a huge float increase and dumping of those shares will have an entirely different short term result in the stock price than if MM's are vastly short.

Your examples don't reflect the situation here because this stock isn't stagnant it's falling rapidly without respect to volume.

I'm still long @ .40, but really wondering why, still hopeful I guess.

David I have been following this thread intently, and I must say thanks for your well thought out and clear posts. You have managed to make me feel a little better about my position in QTNT, and I am happy to wait to see how this story ends. (PS sorry for the Titanic cracks BTW)
