I disagree about the float being a moot point. But do agree that the company may have no clue about it. It's not a moot point because the result of a huge float increase and dumping of those shares will have an entirely different short term result in the stock price than if MM's are vastly short. Your examples don't reflect the situation here because this stock isn't stagnant it's falling rapidly without respect to volume. I'm still long @ .40, but really wondering why, still hopeful I guess.
