Ameritrade. They say they don't do BB trading via the web, but some they do, and some they don't, it depends on the symbol. Telephone trades are $12.00 each, Limit orders are $4.00 extra (ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do limit orders), Web trades are $8.00 (plus the $4.00 for the limit).
