Ok, let me just clarify.

8 million outstanding.. but, Dave Taylor issued 500K more for advertising? and then 200K more for Noble house?

Doesn't that make the total number of outstanding shares
(issued shares) 8,700,000?

Or, are you saying that it was always 8 million share OS, the float used to be 400K, then increased by 700k once AIN shares and Noble houses shares came off restriction... but that still only leaves a float of 1.1 million shares.

Interestingly enough, if you add the "disputed" shares of 800K by the ex-president... it comes to 2 million float.

Just give me the final standings. (or where 2 mil comes from)

Thanks.

Also, 800K shares, though a lot of shares in dispute... should also not tank the stock EVEN if they weren't cancelled (which QTNT is claiming they are)

Well it looks like the Dilbert Taylor you referred to is actually
DELBERT Taylor listed on the Quicktent patent.

And that he is the one with the internal conflict with Glade James.

Can I assume that Delbert Taylor is David Taylor's (current president) brother?

Also, sandbag, nice link to the patent!

And nice link, The Rookie, to one of the distributor's of the quick tents.

The DD is starting to turn very impressive on this thread... and I'd like to thank all taking an active participation in this research.

I hope these guys bag a REI or Campmor contract one of these days... imagine the sales then?
