Brett,
There has been no change in what Joe Murphy intends to do. He still plans on selling DCI as soon as possible but other events must take place before that happens. The Locus acquisition and the TWC deal both need to be finalized before Joe can commence with the sale of DCI. Both of these deals should be very close to being closed. That is the status in a nutshell as of this point in time.

BF,
Joe is doing every thing possible to accomplish the sale by year end. He has indicated he would like to have a special meeting around the end of November to vote on the sale. I believe we will hear more on this issue after the closure of LOCUS and TWC. My best guess on the run rate at the time of sale will be close to $250 million.
