JMO..Everyone involved with getting MIDL back on track at this point is interested it one thing and one thing only. Confirming/re-confirming and BLACK and WHITE-ing every single unturned stone until this shell is as clean as a baby's bottom..The halt was due to the fact that the SEC wants confirmation on ALL PAST BUSINESS of this company before it allows it to advance one inch. The SEC sees a new acquisition coming into the shell, so they say "great", but before anything happens we're going to guarantee that the crap that hit this company a month and a half ago sure as hell doesn't happen again..I see this as the next step towards the future.. MP will line up the ducks for the SEC so they're satisfied, then once we have the shipping deal closed...as Marshall says, JS should be close behind with the new and improved DF-144...faith.... yeah my glass is half FULL !! GBA TJG

I think you are right Jeff. The most likely scenario is the reporting delays caught the suspicion of the SEC. The halt in trading would have occurred back in June if there was any inkling of insider fraud. Fortunately, the merger never occurred, which hopefully minimizes the SEC's research into insider fraud (DF was technically not an official insider). How much more heartbreak can a shareholder take!! Just when a little hope seemed to be setting in. LB
