Mr. Pink, you forgot one. After posting "stellar" earnings, with the Naz up two percent and the broad market up over a full percent, ACRT is trading down slightly, after a tepid initial run this morning to just over 16.

Mr. Pink, Dittos on the civil dialogue. I do realize that nobody can call them all correct. But in the battle that has waged on this thread between yourself and Zman, no other conclusion can currently be drawn except Zman was absolutely correct and you were absolutely wrong with regards to ACRT. Not even one of your well sourced claims has yet come to fruition. Every one of Zman's claims has come true. As for your list of 9 items that concern you, it is not that I don't want to hear them. Quite the contrary, I want to hear everything. All sides! The problem I have is that not one of the 9 items on your list can either be independently confirmed as to their factual basis or even the conclusions you have drawn. I have no illusions that you are not a very powerful voice that controls the investment choices of some people with extremely deep pockets. That is why this bear raid has been so successful. It is not a question of fundamentals, its a question of mathematics whenever you have the ability to short 50% of a company's float. I look forward to reading more of your posts to see if they come true, or if you are just able to decimate any company at your whim with a bear raid. Cube

CUBE Just for you.... Answers to pink's list... 1. Unknown auditors are Dellote Touche 2.Bankruptcy was settled out of court. No impact on ACRT 3. Stonkus was paid to settle. 4. who is pink to call someone's past sleazy??? 5.Cannot comment 6.The insider deals happens to be funded from ACRT to it's new subsidiary Actrade forfaiting which produced substanial profits to the company in less than 30 days of operations. 7. the company is too small to warrant coverage at this time !! 8. WHO is pinkyboy's auditor...Dellote has reviewed the accounting and blessed it. 9. The forfaiting sub. has been audited by Dellote...who are we to believe..pink's comments or a BIg 6 accounting firm ??? Now who Do you believe pink or the truth !!!! Kind Regards Zman
