JP390 and all, Regarding Potomac. I would say a 35% ownership is a misstatement at this time. That deal is on hold but Mr Benz did have a conference call with them, think he said yesterday. The company hopes to complete this deal but they really need the IPO cash from their 1.2 mil shares of Kaire International. Now we are all thinking $6.00 per share for the IPO but, that may be optimistic with markets down. Even if they get $3.00 per share that will clean up the balance sheet and provide financing for a % ownership in Potomac or other business.

The IPO. Mr. Benz was very optimistic about the IPO of Kaire International. Quite frankly, he lost me talking about 60 comments on the first presentation, then down to 8 comments, then a red herring prospectus to brokers, and things are going well and we should know
very soon. I think they both have high hopes for the IPO coming out at $6.00 a share but one of them cautioned about the generally weak market. I interpreted that to mean a lower price. These gentlemen were mostly in agreement on things. Maybe someone can tell me about a red herring??
