Maybe, Motorola would consider buying some phones from a local supplier. Do you know if the venture is a QPE affair? I assume all other phone manufacturing operations outside San Diego (i.e Mexico) are also QPE affairs. Am I right here? On the SEA front, BCE Intl (aka Nortel sister) is buying a chunk of Hansol PCS. Is NEC/Q partnership analogous to Nortel/Q (i.e. Q getting a percentage of NEC CDMA business)?
