Maybe Doc, but I believe the big names will go up out of the gate, not down. The less desirables will be trading at such low prices that I doubt they'll go down much. Even if they do, cumulatively they represent a very small piece of the overall picture. In my mind, the sooner the better on the listings. Should be accompanied with strategic statements by the new owners also. Just my opinion. I do believe it bottomed today. Should be basically an uphill ride from here on out...IMO. sf
