"Can the financials be far behind?" Now there's a good question.

the short covering wont raise the price unless there is buying pressure with it, the short position is too large to cover in a few days though, the buying has been less then the sells today but not enough to help the mm's significantly, it is bullish because they wouldnt be covering for no reason, they know something is up.

tic, tic, tic.

I have a question regarding termination points for which I have been unable to find an answer elsewhere. Is 1 termination point per country sufficient to handle all VoIP traffic coming into any country?

For example, Digitcom currently has the 1 US termination point in LA. I believe Mark C. pointed out that traffic from across the Atlantic would probably necessitate some East Coast city termination points.

Are multiple termination points per country necessary? Would they optimize the calling volume throughput of the VoIP network? Would multiple termination points add any significant technical problems for DGIV, or would potential network trafficing problems outweigh those?

Just curious.
