Jim, I have most of the basic documents needed for a legal opinion concerning the viability of a class action lawsuit. I am having 2 law firms review the materials. In the event that we proceed, I believe it would be best to have investors send their payment directly to the representing law firm / lawyer. Perhaps $5000.00 will get it going but it will cost more than that. I will have a price by next week. Also, my trial account is almost up. I may go back to stockhouse for a while. Do you want to sit as acting rep?
