SRGN shares were not marginable whereas LGND shares are and this may entice some to hold onto the LGND shares. Of course many SRGN shareholders are in at much more than the current LGND payout so I'd hope they would continue to hold to recoup some paper losses. On the other hand recent buyers can just about get all of their investment back by selling immediately and then sit back and wait for the bonus payout when ONTAC is approved. We'll have to wait and see if volume picks up in a few weeks to try and guess about SRGN shareholders selling.
