The last time cisco broke-out was in the 3rd week of June - less than 2 months ago. Now after a 25% run-up this dope say he has been waiting for LONG time for the break-out.

He has no clue, the only thing he knows is p/e 50 is more than p/e 30 - but maybe there is a reason for that. Can be p/e = 6 is too high.
