DAVID,

I understand your frustration. I have a little suspicion that Wilson and company wants revenge big time against the shorts. I think they want them to continue shorting the stock to get it as low as possible. In the mean time Fidelity or whatever funds they have collaborated with are buying up this stock at these panic sold and shorted prices and putting the stock in cash accounts. When earnings day comes out they will beat earnings AND announce a partner. Revenge is sweet. I think Vivus wants revenge big time. Just a hunch.

david...don't think of it as six more weeks...just 30 more trading days this quarter.

Time flys when your having fun....

See what progress was made today...we went from dieddling around about two sentences in the 10q to dieddling around with one sentence from Nina....that's progress.
