ArcticWarrior re: WULF,
If nobody here knows more about your WULF Oil it you might want to direct a query to the Kansas Geological Survey. There's an oil field in NW Barber County named Wulf Hollow. I have no idea if there's any connection but I hope not; looks like it's been out of production a long time.

OT: Well, a Yahoo search turns up nothing. One option would be to find a large library that has the CCH "Capital Changes Reporter." Larger offices of the multi-national CPA firms sometimes have a copy also. Your broker should be able to enter the CUSIP number from the certificate and at least find out if the CUSIP is still good.

The "Capital Changes Reporter" tracks all mergers, stock dividends, corporate reorganizations, name changes, etc., including opinions as to when a stock or security is officially "worthless" for tax purposes.

There is also a publication that tracks 12/31 closing prices for most publicly traded securities to assist preparation of "intangible asset" tax returns such as those required by the state of Pennsylvania (don't know if they still have that tax up there). You would have to keep going back to prior years' issues until you found a listing.

If your local library doesn't have the Capital Changes Reporter, you might find a friendly CCH sales rep who would be so kind as to tell you if anyone in your area does subscribe to that publication.

Hope this helps.

Paul
