RE: ELGT Doug, Yes, I hope this will be viewed as a positive. If this happen six months from now then ELGT would have had all of their resources invested in AfriTel. It could have taken ELGT down the tubes. At least they still have their money so they can find another investment. I wish they would buy something with .com in their name:) By the way, the licenses AfriTel has are not exclusive. AL

dougR, Tea leaves, I applied the 3 day RSI and the 13 day RSI to the Russell 2000. The 3 day shows a little upturn and the 13day also an upterm..but not confirmed. reference: 3 day topher.net refernece: 13 day topher.net interesting, IMO collin
