Mr. Anderson, I am sitting on 500 shares (after split) and after reading all the stuff, it is my understanding I will receive 50 Preferred shares convertible to 500 shares in 03 at whatever that price is at that time, bringing my total share count to 1000 with no selling restrictions. If my understanding is correct then won't the distribution in 03 hurt the share holder value at that time? I believe your path is just and well intended but can only hope you have a long term plan, because this can affect all Co's looking at merger or acquisition. JP
