Dr. Seuss, I didn't know that ERGB filed a lawsuit against a poster. It looks like TAVA has started the pump phase again. They were in #daytraders today explaining why TAVA was fundamentally cheap. What a waste of time telling a chatroom full of daytraders about fundamentals. I believe I will initiate a position when I see it start to act heavy. Barb

How would SI determine whether what Bill is saying is in fact libel? Truth is a defense, and SI is not going to investigate whether TAVA is a fraud, whether they have overstated the Y2K problem, or any of the stuff Bill has said about them. It's all spin, completely unenforceable unless SI bans Bill entirely, which ain't likely. And complaints to the SEC are unlikely to result in any action against Bill. More worthless spin.
