Speaking of OEM deals, still waiting to hear an announcement of the potential OEM deal Dambrackas teased us about in the last quarterly report (certainly not an attempt to appease loyal small shareholders who had been screwed in June, right?)

It may be that this new product "walks circles around the Ariel product", but Ariel was mentioned as being a serious competitor to EQNX in my telcon with the finance dept guy the week EQNX put the shaft to it's above-mentioned loyal shareholders.

One would wonder if a technically broken issue would rally before the tax selling season. Money managers are aware of its consequences, and I understand October is an important cutoff point for selling. Until that cutoff point comes around, I would be surprised if a sustained rally were to occur in the meantime.

It might not be a bad idea to keep some ammo for Christmas-season sale shopping for the small caps.
