Radim and Others,

This address the issue of outstanding stock and solves the question of "how much is there".

From your post: Third, one may only sell under the Rule in any three-month period an amount equal to the greater of 1% of the outstanding shares of the issuer or the previous four-week period's average weekly trading volume of the issuer's securities. The sale must also be through a broker or market maker.

Good job on doing fast research and finding an answer to the question I raised.

:-) :-) :-)

Radim,,great leg work! You are absolutely correct.

the greater number of the following:
one percent of the total outstanding shares (ie approx 16 million) or a figure calculated from the total volume traded etc.

this was confirmed to me by Barry Stein.

best regards,
Blair
