Dr. Seuss,
"""THEY ARE GOING TO ASK SI TO KILL BILLS ABILITY TO POST AND CRY LIKE A BUNCH OF BABIES TO THE SEC. THE SEC WILL PROMPTLY SAY OK, PUT IT IN A PILE AND GET BACK TO IT IN 30 OR 40 YEARS LIKE THEY DO WITH THE REAL SCAMS."""

Why do you assume that they are referring to Bill? They haven't said which chat room, what person, which thread, what the libelous statements were posted, or any other details except PR spin. Several people have been threatened by companies and their attorneys for posting opinion. Should we threaten to sue the bastards when they publish false hype information? Yes we should and its done many times. There are attorneys that specialize in these suits, ERGB is being sued now by shareholders. Ernie and Scott said lawsuits would be filed and I responded yes they would but it would be shareholder suits against ERGB. not ERGB suits against shareholders. If anyone is worried about the SEC send them a note and you will get an automated response with a promise of a real response within 90 days to your inquiry, not your problem but your inquiry.
