mr. Z... I must admit that the three week Ive been on this thread have been very enlightening. Learned a bit about MM's. Someone posted recently that something around $250,000,000 were on the Aug 120's (I think). That tells me that MM's will, with a nod and a wink, regulalry attempt to sell large amounts to stock, thereby driving prices down, to ensure certain strikes arent met. Today was an excellent example. It makes sense to sell millions of shares of stock in order to retain shares youve sold covered calls against. Many others on this thread are much more experienced than I. Would like to hear from them.
