A lot of rambling here this afternoon........the answers will be out soon in the form 10,,,be patient.. Peaceful, I can tell you from my understanding that approx 25 % of the shares or 4-5 million are held by insiders as restricted or investment shares.. The largest portion of these are held by the founder Barry Stein. The private placement took the total share count from approx. 8 million to 16 million shares. Most of these were flipped in the open market on the first run up last Oct. Very few of these are in the original investors hands. The small numbers we have seen in the 144 statements are not significant, and represent only living expenses. Remember their salaries are very modest, and I know one of them has not drawn a salary at all. So please keep this in perspective,, In my opinion our management team has no intention of selling significant amts. of stock any time soon. I do agree it would help all shareholders to know the exact formula these investment shares follow, regards, Blair
