Some do.. but it isn't that common, especially almost 80M shares that can come crashing down. Also, Khashoggi is untrustworthy. He has already collected tens of millions in outlandishly high interest payments from Earthshell, his own Co. Much of the IPO proceeds that ERTH received wound up padding Esam's fat bank account through these crafty arrangements. Read the 2 10-Qs and prosp... As for the magnitude of what will happen the last week of Sept., this total (80M) is by far the most I've ever seen, and worse has been done to a Co.'s stock with only 5% of that amount. Just take a look at some popular IPOs of crap companies like ERTH where that particular stipulation was made (rule 144). Ex. check out SOMN, a Co. that went public about the same time as ERTH, and SOMN has revenues!
