Paul, it's no problem. Thank you very much for sounding the alert even if it proved unnecessary. Much better to warn than to remain silent & let many fall into a tax trap. You have been one of my favorite sources of Bay info & discussion.

Thank you for your concern in alerting the thread to the tax consequences in the first place. The document is very lengthy, and I suspect even Einstein could have made such a tiny omission in reading 85+ pages of it.
Ah, what the heck, blame it on Starr anyway, saying you were distracted by the TV coverage of the Clinton/Lewinsky affair. What a hoot!
