BobS,

Some very good concerns regarding Edusoft. Several of these are areas that I would like to add my comments aswell since I share those same concerns. I wouldn't mind getting Edusoft reaction to several as well.

do you offer any recommendations in any of these areas.

Plus additional questions.

I started posting responses to posts on Yahoo first and it's late. I will elaborate further and I'm looking to Edusoft IR for guidance.

Sometimes when you ask someone to test the waters they jump right into the deep end.

BTW interesting post on Yahoo about additional sales via DEGEM

1. I think the pe's of Isreali companies traded on Nasdaq might be slightly lower in general but the average software company is above 35. (this 35 figure is from stocksmart.com and is the aver of 337 companies, Microsoft the premier has a pe of 51) Edusoft 8

2. The fact that info is not available electronically via Edgar in my feeling is a big factor. Electronic investing and information gathering has been the rage of the late 90's.
As far as releases, I'm not bothered by may or few. I'm concerned when a company is inconsistent in their policy. It's strictly a personal thing for me.

3. I think they follow the guidelines for foreign entities traded on US markets which are SEC guidelines ( which happen to be different then US companies) I don't know if they have a choice. My preference would be that they filed as a US company. I've always shared your views in this area.

We share views about why Degem and Edusoft both benefit from the present situation. There are also arguments that support relaxing this relationship either partly or wholly. I'm not against the present business model. I'd like to see continued revenue growth from any sourse and any area. the 20f defines both.
I'd guess no news is bad news in the way of an equity sale. If this happens to be the event a shareholder was waiting for.

<. The better response will be to offer suggestions on how to increase awareness of the company's steady growth.>
This is the original intent of the exercise. But it's not bad to clear the air and see what shareholders are thinking about.
