Several have asked me why Tuesday did not become the big day expected.

Here's my take.

Momentum on buy will make the price rise - We did have momentum on buy 35 buys 15 sells - But the momentum in volume have to be there too.
Actually there were sold 25% more shares than bought. And it did only tank 0.0008=0.0125-0.0117.

It's my impression that MM's are able to see the sell orders on those chunks sold: 11:04+11:06 total 800K - 12:31 200K - 3:56 1.550MM - For quite some time before they take them in.
Those are the reason the price do not go up. That is why I keep addressing that issue, The block selling.

Buying at these prices is an opportunity - Just remember that there have to be funds to go in when the blocks stop. Because that's when the buy momentum are able to take it off.
