New York Gets DSL Internet Access of Epoch Proportions; Epoch Internet Partners With Covad Communications to Enter Largest Market in the Nation August 18, 1998 IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE) via NewsEdge Corporation -- Epoch Internet, one of the nation's largest privately held Internet solutions providers, is leading the establishment of business-class digital subscriber line (DSL) Internet service in multiple regions across the country, and is now entering New York City and expanding coverage in Boston. Over 400,000 businesses and residences in Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island will have access to Epoch's DSL service -- TSpeed(TM).
