Steve, great research coming up with that post reference. I think it is interesting that Peter, at Datek, uses the term "market participant." At the NASD links provided on this thread, Datek is listed as a "Non-registered Market Maker." I don't know what that term means. Do you?

I wonder if these mean that Datek is required to execute our orders without an unreasonable delay, and may be liable for damages if they do not?
