Some flaws in the thinking..

Though I like the thought process.

First, you are assuming that the MM's are going to let us buy the entire float at .20 or less.

And who knows, they look like they might?

Second, as Sandbag stated, owning 2 million shares of the float (the supposed entire float) would only allow us 25% of the company, not 1/2.

Third, Since Dave Taylor (and the Board) have the right to issue shares... if they thought the were going to be hostily taken over, they could just issue more and more restricted shares...giving them complete control again before we could do anything about it.

Otherwise, brilliant plan... heh

It would probably be more profitable for us to pool our cash together to reverse merge into a OTC:BB shell and create our own company.

At least we'd know what sort of things to toss into a Press release.

I can make a widget.

Or , a better idea would be to get 20 people that can buy 100,000 shares a piece of QTNT (for 2 million total) and then each of those people call in their shares. (meaning you would take actual delivery of your shares to your house)...then if no one sold, and demand was still there, the MM's would be screwed because they would need to come up with shares to replace the ones they no longer have.

The price would have to come up.
