The problem is... McGinnis is still Chairman of the Board. Until he is "gracefully" bumped from a managerial roll, the taint from his mismanagement will remain on the company.

I'm not trying to be bloodthirsty, nor do I personally think McGinnis is a bad man. However, they has to be a sense of accountability instead of just shuffling the furniture. And McGinnis must account for neglecting to warn of such miserable earnings and blind-siding each and everyone of us who believed he had things under control.

so do I . AEC looks like is beaten to the ground an at this point
market volatility etc . is hard to belive in a "fairy tale Phoenix"
comming out of aches ...
