Humbly report, Ken, as you know, I've been on the other side of the arguments with Bill many, many times, especially when it comes to y2k in general. I do find his ad nauseum repetition of the "Tava is a fraud" post annoying as hell, made fun of him about it, and have told him so in no uncertain terms. The word @sshole comes to mind. But hey, many people's posts annoy me, just like many annoy you. Anyway, just like many on this thread, I agree that TAVA's threat of litigation against him for posting what he (or anyone else) has posted is absurd, and raises a huge red flag - in my eyes. You'll remember I used to be a MAJOR supporter (some would call me a shill), and a shareholder of TAVA. Now thinking about shorting it! Cheers, Svejk abitare.it
