Redhook,I was thinking the numbers of 16,000,000 plus were pretty good.I do however like the numbers that Dave had a lot better.I also called KI this afternoon and snooped around a little.I'll wait till Dave gets back on and we'll throw some info around.....John

Interesting. My wife came home early and she was trying to get me to help her with groceries etc and I may have missed a few comments. I notice in my notes a number of 15,000 with convert next to that. So that may be the remaining. I was surprised to find out this is mostly a shell company. I thought it was much more. They only have 8 - 10 employees and the lab sales are helping to pay the bills. Seems like they are on a string until the IPO. Book Value is negative so if the IPO yields $3.6 mil at $3.00 or $7.2 mil at $6.00 , the book value will be positive. After debts are paid there would be some money to complete Potomac or another venture. Financials should be out soon. I asked "what does that mean, about 10 days" and he replied " you better give me two weeks for the 10k for 1997". I presume audited cause he mentioned names of who was doing the 10k. Then 1st and 2nd qtr should follow promptly but not to expect too much, small losses in first two quarters or small profit depending on lab billing. Seems that we need to find out more about Kaire International. I took down some notes about the health care division pulling out and a legal problem. Also Potomac had good year at 8.3 mil in sales but this year will be flat. .
