1% of 16,000,000 IS 160,000. Per the 144's the number has to be 16M. Let's move on!

Don,

First and foremost, as Bill has intimated, only the FNTN officers can put out this fire.

The facts are:

Per the April 20 press release there were 16,183,877 shares outstanding. 205.185.55.112

Per the July 15, 1997 press release there were 4.8 million shares outstanding. 205.185.55.112

Per TMK's recent conversation with Maura: "all insiders have the option to sell 1% of their shares every quarter, which even if they did exercise, should not mean anything to us investors". Given that Maura and Michael have each filed to sell 160,000 shares, this implies they EACH own at least 16,000,000. So that implies authorized shares of at least 40,000,000 (16,000,000 MS shares + 16,000,000 MM shares + 8,000,000 SI shares).

This is an issue that Mr. Sheppard can clear up quickly and easily. That's all I'm saying.

Kevin
