The press release is a little unclear but per rharris' interview with tilton ( Message 4887509 ) which ws conducted in middle of May i believe, he stated it should be on the market in 6 months. That puts it in the November range. That's about 2 months for approval if he submits it in September which seems about right. Just an interpretation but i believe it is an accurate one.
