Greetings Mr. Pink,

I admire your diligence. Can you comment on your ICBC sale. Was it sheer bailing after the IPO or was it more on fundamentals.

Regards,
Pat

Mr. Pink:

Sold all your ICBC ??? Looking at it from a balance perspective, it is one of the least expensive thrifts out there. Does selling it mean you see a lot more coming in the market (in terms of dryup of liquidity and an eventual equity crush / bear market ? Certainly this is the case for the issues in the 100-1000 mil range.

Also, have you checked out TERA computers. Seems to me to present an excellent short opportunity. Burns lots of cash. 13G filed in February indicated Chairman and the president (i believe) ceased to be >5% share holders.

They have had one computer sale in recent memory. (last quarter) for 1.3 million, burned about 4-5 million in cash last quarter and have about 8-9 million left. In the latest 10q, it looked like the convertible had the opportunity to be rather dilutive. What do you think ? thanks
